B\u00fcchel setzt auf Steigerung der Produktivit\u00e4t und investiert zweistelligen Millionen-Betrag<\/p>\r\n\r\n

In Zeiten der Corona-Pandemie geradezu ein Luxus-Problem: Anl\u00e4sslich eines Webinars mit dem Weltverband der Sportartikelindustrie WFSGI und der World Bicycle Industry Association (WBIA) wurde f\u00fcr die kommenden Jahre eine erhebliche Absatzsteigerung auf dem Fahrrad- und E-Bike-Sektor prognostiziert: Der Absatz in Europa, der bereits in 2020 einen \u00fcberaus erfreulichen und nicht vorhersehbaren Verlauf genommen hatte, soll bis 2030 auf 30 Millionen Einheiten ansteigen. Wenngleich eine vielversprechende Nachricht, sind die europ\u00e4ischen Produzenten offensichtlich aktuell noch nicht auf diese Nachfrage eingestellt und m\u00fcssen sich sputen, die St\u00fcckzahlen zu erh\u00f6hen um die Lieferungen zu beschleunigen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u00a0<\/div>\r\n

In seiner Funktion als W<\/a>B<\/a>IA<\/a>– und CONEBI<\/a>-Pr\u00e4sident verdeutlicht Erhard B\u00fcchel: ”Die Teileproduktion sollte st\u00e4rker dort konzentriert werden, wo sie gebraucht wird \u2013 n\u00e4mlich in Europa. Ich kann mich noch sehr gut an den Status quo vor etwa 25 Jahren erinnern, als die Vorlaufzeiten lediglich zwei Wochen betrugen. Hier m\u00fcssen wir dringend strategisch ansetzen. Die \u201aSchlagzahl\u2018 muss deutlich gesteigert werden.\u201c<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u00a0<\/div>\r\n

Und damit f\u00e4ngt B\u00fcchel umgehend in den eigenen Reihen an und hat sofort reagiert \u2013 mit der Verabschiedung eines ambitionierten Investitionsprogrammes in der H\u00f6he von rund 20 Millionen Euro f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten 5 Jahre zur Erweiterung der Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten, das schon ab diesem Jahr umgesetzt wird. \u201eWir investieren jetzt in unseren Maschinenpark und werden diesen mit Hochdruck erweitern.\u201c Davon profitieren insbesondere die Produktionsstandorte Barchfeld, Oederan, Rothenburg\/ Saale und Zella-Mehlis.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Erhard B\u00fcchel: \u201eNeben dem zeitlichen Einsparpotential durch die Verk\u00fcrzung der Lieferketten kommt diese Konzentration auf unsere deutschen Standorte ebenso der Umwelt zugute. Au\u00dferdem unternehmen wir alle Anstrengungen, in unseren neuen Entwicklungen Kunststoff durch umweltfreundlichere Materialien zu ersetzen\u201c<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Auch die zum 31.12.2020 vorgenommene Verschmelzung von KUHNERT <\/a>Drahtwaren GmbH und der EXAL <\/a>Europa GmbH soll dazu beitragen, den Anforderungen des Wachstumsmarktes E-Bike Rechnung zu tragen.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n
